Delta Beats on Profit and Says Higher Airfares Will Stick Into 2026
- Delta Air Lines opened the US earnings season with a second-quarter profit above forecasts, posting adjusted earnings of $1.56 a share on $17.7 billion of adjusted revenue.
- Premium cabins and its American Express partnership did much of the work, and the airline reaffirmed full-year guidance of $6.50 to $7.50 a share, signaling it expects firm pricing to hold through the year.
