Nvidia's Next-Gen Kyber AI Rack Slips to 2028 on Manufacturing Snags, SemiAnalysis Says

Nvidia's next-generation "Kyber" system, the server rack meant to house 144 of its top AI chips as one machine, has been pushed back by more than a year to 2028 because of manufacturing problems, the research firm SemiAnalysis says.
It is a rare stumble at the system level for the company powering the AI boom.
