Airbus retreats on its four-day office mandate after Spanish strikes
- Airbus told white-collar staff they would be in the office four days a week from September, up from three.
- After on-and-off strikes at its Spanish sites, where about 40% of a 14,000-strong workforce walked out, managers may now let teams keep the two remote days they had.
- It is a small concession with a larger point behind it.
